Flush-Head Self-Clinching Studs
The Flush-Head Self-Clinching Studs produced by JINGHONG are made by a single-process processing of SUS304 stainless steel. Their surfaces have undergone passivation treatment, featuring naturally excellent anti-rust and corrosion resistance properties. Their flat-head structure, combined with the full circumferential tooth pattern embossing design at the bottom of the head, enables them to form a firm mechanical interlock and interlocking fit with the sheet after being pressed into the thin sheet. They have strong resistance to being pushed out and rotation, and after installation, the head is basically flush with the surface of the sheet, with no protrusions on the back. This product does not require welding or electroplating. The cold pressing process is efficient and environmentally friendly, and is widely applicable in scenarios where thin sheet metal connections for electronic enclosures, automotive interiors, outdoor distribution cabinets, and medical equipment require high standards of anti-corrosion, flatness of appearance, and cleanliness.
