Our factory produces 304 stainless steel hexagonal double headed screws with positive and negative teeth, also known as positive and negative adjustment screws. The most typical use is to adjust distance and tighten. For example, the screw inside the flower basket screw has both positive and negative teeth. The sleeve of the flower basket screw rotates once, and the screws at both ends retract or extend simultaneously, causing the steel wire rope to tighten. There are also sunshade poles, tent poles, and mechanical adjustment links, all based on this principle. One end is fixed, the other end is adjusted, and turning the middle hexagon can precisely control the length.

The middle section is hexagonal, like a bolt head, and can be turned by using an open-end wrench or adjustable wrench to hold it. The length and position of the hexagonal segment are made according to the customer's drawing, usually placed in the center, with symmetrical thread lengths on both sides. Some customers also request that the hexagon be biased to one side or have both ends with outer hexagon heads, and be processed according to the diagram.
