The steel wire sleeve is a spring coil made of stainless steel wire with a diamond shaped cross-section, which is tightened in the hole by elasticity. The pin screw sleeve is a solid sleeve that is mechanically locked by a pin key. Steel wire thread inserts are suitable for general thread repair and reinforcement, with low cost and fast installation. The pin screw sleeve locks more firmly, with greater resistance to torsion and pull-out, making it suitable for high load, strong vibration, or high safety requirements. There are many pin screws used in aviation, military, and heavy machinery.The sales key is usually paired with the screw sleeve and consists of several small steel keys. When installing, use a special tool or a small punch to press the pin key down along the keyway, and after pressing it to the bottom, the pin key is embedded into the base material. The screw sleeve is stuck by the pin key, and it will not rotate when tightening the screw.
