Our factory produces carbon steel galvanized Single-head Hexagonal Standoff, also known as hexagonal support column or isolation column. One end is threaded, while the other end is a flat hexagonal cylinder, and the middle hexagonal shape can be gripped and tightened with a wrench. It is installed between the base plate and the upper plate, serving the functions of support and isolation. Made of carbon steel, with a surface plated with blue-white zinc, it is sufficiently rust-resistant, ensuring that indoor equipment remains rust-free for several years.

Our factory produces outer hexagonal drill tail self-tapping screws, which are made of 304 stainless steel and carbon steel galvanized. The head is outer hexagonal, and the tail is equipped with a drill bit, capable of drilling through iron sheets, aluminum plates, and color steel tiles directly without pre-drilling. With an electric drill clamped, align the position and press it in, and the drilling, tapping, and tightening are completed at once. The stainless steel ones are used outdoors and in humid environments without rusting; the carbon steel galvanized ones are cheaper and sufficient for indoor and general outdoor use.

The DIN 912 stainless steel socket head cap screw with washers are cold-drawn from 304 (A2-70) stainless steel. They integrate the hexagonal cylindrical head screws, flat washers, and spring washers together through pre-pressing, making them ready for installation upon leaving the factory. No separate washers are required, effectively preventing missed installations. The hexagonal drive torque transmission is stable. The flat washers disperse the compressive stress to protect the surface of thin plates, while the spring washers provide elastic compensation to resist vibration and loosening. The stainless steel is naturally passivated, free from electroplating for rust prevention and corrosion resistance, non-magnetic, and has a clean appearance. It is widely applicable in precision connection scenarios in automated equipment, electronics and electrical appliances, new energy, food and medical fields, as well as in outdoor humid environments.

JINGHONG factory produces carbon steel blackened flat head security screws, which are machine screws with a torx head and a countersunk head. The material is carbon steel, and the surface is blackened. The torx head makes it easy to tighten. After installation, the countersunk head is flush with the surface of the connected part, without protruding.

Our factory produces carbon steel Cross Head Flat Tail Self-tapping Screws, available in blackened and nickel-plated finishes. The design of the flat tail differs from the pointed tail - the pointed tail drills its own hole at the tip, while the flat tail requires a pre-drilled base hole on the workpiece before tightening. When fully tightened, the flat tail has a flat back, without protruding a sharp point. The disc head is stable and the cross slot is easy to tighten. It is suitable for use in electronic product casings, small appliances, plastic parts, and thin metal plates.

Our factory produces carbon steel blackened DIN975 threaded rods, with thread diameters ranging from M3 to M42. Made of carbon steel and treated with blackening, these threaded rods are fully threaded without a head, allowing for cutting and using them in sections. When paired with nuts and washers, they can be used to fix equipment, tighten structures, and level bases.
