Our factory produces carbon steel black zinc cross head triangular screws, with a cross groove on the head and triangular threads. Triangle teeth are different from ordinary machine teeth - after being screwed in, the tooth shape deforms and generates locking force, without the need for elastic pads or glue, it can prevent loosening by itself. The surface is treated with black zinc, and the color is dark gray with a hint of black, which is slightly brighter than blackness and better rust prevention. The solution of replacing ordinary machine teeth screws with spring washers, with one less part and one less process.

Product Description

Self tapping teeth are pointed and drill threads on plastic or thin plates by themselves. Triangular teeth are flat headed like regular machine screws and require holes or nuts that have already been threaded for use. The difference is that after being screwed in, there is an additional locking torque, which provides anti loosening force through the elastic deformation of the tooth shape. Disassemble and reassemble, the locking force is still present, and it can be disassembled and reassembled several times without any problem.

The head is a disc head, the bottom is flat, and the compression area is larger than that of a round head, making it easier to install than a countersunk head - there is no need to expand countersunk holes on the workpiece. The cross groove can be tightened with a regular cross screwdriver or an electric screwdriver. The height of the disc head is moderate, and after installation, it does not protrude much like a round head.
