Our factory produces PEEK cross recessed pan head screws, made from polyetheretherketone, a high-performance special engineering plastic. These screws are rust-proof, non-conductive, non-magnetic, heat-resistant, and resistant to acids and alkalis, and weigh only about half as much as stainless steel. They can solve problems that metal screws cannot. The specifications range from M1 to M10, with cross recessed pan head and regular sizes available in stock.

Our factory produces plastic aircraft expansion screws, also known as gypsum board expansion tubes or aircraft expansion plugs. They are injection molded from PE or nylon and come with a self-tapping screw. They are specifically designed for use on soft walls such as gypsum boards, hollow boards, and thin wooden boards. When installing, first drill a small hole in the board, insert the expansion tube, and then tighten the screw with a screwdriver. After tightening, the "wings" on both sides of the expansion tube will spread out from the back, gripping the gypsum board, providing a stable hanging surface.

The colors are red, yellow, blue, and black, and can be selected as needed. Sizes range from M6 to M30.
