Jinghong factory produces DIN 980 (M) all metal locking nuts, German standard all metal hexagonal anti loosening nuts, and M-type with pressure points. Unlike nylon ring lock nuts - there are no plastic parts inside, it relies on a few pressure points on the top of the nut to squeeze and deform the thread to lock it in place. Resistant to high temperatures, not afraid of oil, not afraid of aging, and the locking force is still present after several disassembly and assembly attempts. Galvanized carbon steel is a common product, but it can also be made of stainless steel or Dacromet.

Our factory produces carbon steel blackened hexagonal pointed set screws, also known as pointed machine screws. The head is hexagonal, and the tail is ground into a conical tip. After screwing into the threaded hole, the tip of the head is used to hold the shaft or positioning pit to prevent the parts from sliding. Carbon steel material, surface treated with blackening, black with thin oil, sufficient rust prevention for indoor equipment. For higher rust prevention, galvanizing can be used, and for higher strength, quenching and tempering treatment can be used.

Jinghong Factory produces 304 stainless steel pin screw sleeves, also known as slotted locking screw sleeves or pin type threaded sleeves. External thread with several longitudinal key slots, used together with pin keys. Installed on damaged threaded holes or aluminum or magnesium parts with insufficient strength, after screwing them in, press down the pin key to lock it, and the screw sleeve will not rotate with the screw.

Our factory produces 304 stainless steel hexagonal double headed screws with positive and negative teeth, also known as positive and negative adjustment screws. One end of the double-sided screw with positive and negative teeth is right-handed, and the other end is left-handed. There is a section of outer hexagon in the middle. When using a wrench to hold the hexagon and rotate it, the threads on both ends move inward and inward, and the two connecting pieces are simultaneously closed; Rotate in the opposite direction, and both connecting components are simultaneously extended.

Our factory produces carbon steel black zinc cross head triangular screws, with a cross groove on the head and triangular threads. Triangle teeth are different from ordinary machine teeth - after being screwed in, the tooth shape deforms and generates locking force, without the need for elastic pads or glue, it can prevent loosening by itself. The surface is treated with black zinc, and the color is dark gray with a hint of black, which is slightly brighter than blackness and better rust prevention. The solution of replacing ordinary machine teeth screws with spring washers, with one less part and one less process.
