Spring Ball T Nut

The Spring Ball T Nuts stainless steel nut block is made of high-quality stainless steel base (commonly 304/316, and can also be selected as per customer requirements), with embedded elastic elements and steel balls (steel balls/positioning balls). It is designed with threaded holes or installation holes to achieve quick insertion, elastic locking and positioning functions. The product surface is the original stainless steel color, featuring excellent anti-rust, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and vibration resistance properties. It can be used stably in humid, outdoor, food machinery, medical equipment and lightweight automated structures. The structure is compact, installation is convenient, and by means of steel ball elastic compression/positioning, it can be used in conjunction with profiles, sheet metal, guides or pipe frames, reducing loosening and disassembly time. Specifications, number of steel balls, elasticity, and thread specifications can be customized according to the working conditions, and production can be controlled through quality systems such as ISO 9001.
