Our factory produces carbon steel galvanized Single-head Hexagonal Standoff, also known as hexagonal support column or isolation column. One end is threaded, while the other end is a flat hexagonal cylinder, and the middle hexagonal shape can be gripped and tightened with a wrench. It is installed between the base plate and the upper plate, serving the functions of support and isolation. Made of carbon steel, with a surface plated with blue-white zinc, it is sufficiently rust-resistant, ensuring that indoor equipment remains rust-free for several years.
For example, you have a base plate and an upper plate. The base plate has been tapped. Place the upper plate on top. Use screws to tighten the upper plate from above, either into the threaded hole of the stud (if this end has internal threads) or directly against it (if this end is flat). This is how a single-headed fastener is used - one end is fixed to the base plate, while the other end supports or connects the upper plate.
Our single-head studs typically feature an internal thread (hole) on one end and a flat hexagonal body on the other. When installing, the threaded hole end should face up, with the flat end facing down, or vice versa, depending on how the customer intends to use it. We also offer studs with external threads, which customers can choose according to their needs.

Hexagonal shape, can be gripped by a wrench: The middle is hexagonal, and when gripped with a wrench, the column does not rotate when tightening the threads. Round columns are difficult to tighten, but hexagonal ones are easier. After being installed on the equipment, they can be loosened with a wrench when it's time to disassemble.
Single-head design, with one head fixed and one head supporting: The threaded head is fixed to the base plate, while the flat or perforated head is used to support the upper plate or connect other parts. The structure is simple and easy to install. It is more flexible than the double-head design, as there is no need to tighten both heads.
