DIN 912 stainless steel internal hexagon three-piece combination screws are a type of combined fastener (SEMS screws) that pre-presses the internal hexagonal cylindrical head screw (DIN 912), flat washer, and spring washer together. The screw body is cold-drawn from 304 (A2-70) stainless steel and is surface-treated with matte finish. Without electroplating, it possesses excellent rust and corrosion resistance, is non-magnetic, and has a clean appearance. The product specifications range from M2 to M12, with full-thread or half-thread options available. The length can be customized according to the working conditions. The three washers and the screw are pre-installed before leaving the factory. During assembly, there is no need to separately provide washers; simply tightening is sufficient, which not only avoids missing the installation of washers but also improves the assembly efficiency of the production line. The internal hexagonal drive design ensures stable torque transmission and is not prone to slipping. The flat washer disperses the compressive stress to protect the thin plate surface, while the spring washer provides elastic compensation to resist general vibration loosening.
