Our factory produces carbon steel blackened DIN975 threaded rods, with thread diameters ranging from M3 to M42. Made of carbon steel and treated with blackening, these threaded rods are fully threaded without a head, allowing for cutting and using them in sections. When paired with nuts and washers, they can be used to fix equipment, tighten structures, and level bases.
DIN975 thread rod is a round carbon steel bar with threads throughout its entire length, having neither a head nor a plain section, and threaded from end to end. Unlike double-headed studs, which have a plain section in the middle and threaded ends, with a fixed length, thread rods are threaded throughout their entire length and can be cut to any desired length, offering much more flexibility.
The surface of the threaded rod undergoes a blackening (oxidation) treatment, resulting in a uniform black color and a thin layer of anti-rust oil on the surface. The blackening layer itself does not have strong rust-proofing ability, but combined with the oil seal, it is sufficient for use in a dry indoor environment. It provides an additional layer of protection compared to the threaded rod in its natural color (without treatment), so your hands won't get black when touching it. If used in a humid or outdoor environment, it can be replaced with galvanized or hot-dip galvanized threaded rod, which has a higher level of rust resistance.

The entire body is threaded, with each segment used as needed: the entire length of the threaded rod is threaded from start to end, with no plain sections. Cut it to any length you need, without having to compromise on a fixed length. Leftover materials on the construction site can also be utilized, and the short segments cut off can still be used. More flexible than double-headed studs.
Blackening for rust prevention, no blackening on touch: After blackening treatment, the surface forms an oxide film, which, combined with rust-preventative oil, prevents the hands from getting blackened. When used on indoor equipment, it won't rust even after several months. It provides an additional layer of protection compared to natural-colored steel bars and is cheaper than galvanized steel.
