Our factory specializes in producing tamper-evident screws (anti-theft screws/tamper-evident screws), made from 304 stainless steel or galvanized carbon steel, featuring a wire threading hole or tamper-evident groove on the head, designed for applications requiring anti-tampering and anti-cheating measures. After installation, the screws are sealed with a tamper-evident wire, leaving clear marks upon damage, which cannot be restored. Available in sizes from M3 to M6, with lengths customizable to order, and standard dimensions are in ample stock.

Strictly manufactured to DIN 934, this PEEK hex nut is injection-molded from pure polyetheretherketone resin in a natural beige finish. It outperforms conventional metal nuts in heat resistance (continuous use at 260℃, short-term up to 310℃), chemical resistance against most acids, alkalis, and solvents, as well as electrical insulation and non-magnetic properties. With low water absorption, high dimensional stability, good mechanical strength, and wear resistance, it weighs only about one-fifth of steel nuts — making it an ideal metal replacement for demanding applications in semiconductor, medical, chemical, and electronic equipment.

Their surfaces have undergone passivation treatment, featuring naturally excellent anti-rust and corrosion resistance properties.
