SS304/316 Hexagon Thin Nuts

The hexagonal thin nuts produced by JINGHONG (GB 6172.1) are formed by cold heading from high-quality stainless steel (A2/A4 grade). Their surfaces are in a silver-white metallic color, and they can achieve excellent rust and corrosion resistance without electroplating. The products are manufactured according to the GB6172.1 standard, with a standard hexagonal thin structure. Compared to ordinary hexagonal nuts, their thickness is significantly reduced, saving axial space while maintaining the complete hexagonal edge pair, making it convenient for wrenches or sockets to apply torque. The specifications range from M3 to M20, with stable thread accuracy. They fit tightly with bolts or screws of the same specification and are widely used in precise assembly scenarios with limited space, requiring rust prevention and reliable locking.

National standard thin-profile design: Manufactured in accordance with GB6172.1 standards, the thickness is significantly thinner than that of ordinary hexagonal nuts.
