The product is connected to wires through a rotating locking method, without the need for welding or tape wrapping, with firm wiring and low contact resistance. Ordinary crimping caps are crimped with pliers and cannot be removed after crimping. The spiral type is manually screwed on, and can be unscrewed repeatedly after being screwed on. When conducting maintenance, unscrew the old wire cap, replace it with a new wire, and then screw it back in. There is no need to cut the wire or replace the new cap. Used on equipment that requires frequent maintenance, it saves a lot of trouble.
Made of carbon steel and treated with rust prevention on the surface. The cross-section of a spring is square, not circular. When the square spring is tightened, the contact area with the wire is larger, biting tighter, and the contact resistance is smaller. The elasticity of the spring is calculated, and the wire will automatically clamp after being inserted, without the need for additional force.
Different specifications are distinguished by different colors, which can be recognized at a glance. P1 is usually gray or orange, P2 blue, P3 orange, P4 yellow, P6 red. When electricians work, they look at the color and take hats, so they won't take the wrong specifications.

Reusable: It can be screwed on and off. When repairing, loosen the old cap, replace the wire and tighten it again, without cutting the wire head or replacing the new cap. A wire cap is still good to use a few times.
Spring locking, low contact resistance: The internal conical spring twists the wires together and conducts them through mechanical pressure, not plastic pressure. Low contact resistance results in less heat generation when high current passes through. It is much more reliable than twisting Fried Dough Twists and then wrapping adhesive tape.
