High Plastic Hex Cap

Raised plastic hexagonal dust protection cover, made of PE or PP material, with a hexagonal shape that is taller than the regular model. Cover the exposed hexagonal screws, valve handles, and pneumatic joints of the equipment to prevent dust and debris from accumulating, as well as to prevent people from accidentally touching hot or cutting hands. The colors are red, yellow, blue, and black, and can be selected as needed. Sizes range from M6 to M30.

Product Description

The bolts on many devices are long bolts, with a large section of the screw exposed. A regular dust cap can only cover the head, and the exposed threads are still exposed to the outside. The increased depth can wrap the entire screw inside.

The protective cover is hexagonal and can be used on hexagonal bolt heads. After being put on, it won't move or fall off. If it's just a circular sleeve, it will come loose and fall off during transportation. After the hexagonal lock is stuck, it cannot be removed without exerting force.
