Our factory produces inner and outer serrated washers, made of 304 stainless steel and carbon steel galvanized. We offer inner teeth, outer teeth, and both inner and outer teeth. After tightening, the tooth pattern embeds into the surface, providing anti-loosening through friction. It is more effective than ordinary flat washers and spring washers. When used on equipment and machinery, the bolts are less likely to back out.
The internal and external serrated washer is a type of lock washer with teeth. The biggest difference between it and a regular flat washer is that its surface is serrated, not flat. After tightening, the teeth bite into the bolt head and the surface of the workpiece, providing a locking force to prevent loosening.
Ordinary flat washers are smooth and rely on increasing the contact area to protect the surface of the workpiece, but their anti-loosening effect is limited. Spring washers rely on elastic force to hold the nut in place, but the elastic force will decay. Serrated washers are different - the inner teeth are on the inner ring, biting into the bolt shank when tightened; the outer teeth are on the outer ring, biting into the surface of the workpiece. When the bolt tries to loosen back, the teeth are caught by the workpiece and bolt, unable to move. This is mechanical engagement anti-loosening, which is much more reliable than relying on elastic force.

Easy to install, just tighten it: no need to apply glue, add spring washers, or use special bolts. Simply put it on like a regular washer and tighten it. The teeth will engage automatically, so workers don't need to take any extra steps.
Internal teeth, external teeth, and both internal and external teeth, choose according to the position: if the bolt head is small and the workpiece is sensitive to scratches, use internal teeth. If the bolt head is large and strong anti-loosening force is required, use external teeth. If the vibration is particularly severe and the requirements are high, use both internal and external teeth. All three types are available, so there is no need to make do.
