Stainless Steel Internal/External Serrated Lock Washers M2-M20

The stainless steel Internal/External Serrated Lock Washers are precisely formed by 304 stainless steel. The inner and outer edges of the washers are both designed with evenly distributed serrated structures. The inner serrations can be embedded in the bearing surface of the bolt/nut, and the outer serrations can bite the surface of the workpiece. Through multi-point elastic biting, a two-way anti-loosening effect is achieved. The Jinghong Fasteners product specifications cover M2-M20, and they have corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and vibration resistance properties. They are suitable for critical connection anti-loosening requirements in high-temperature, corrosive, or highly-vibratory environments.

The key feature of the internal serrated locking washer is that its serrated structure is located at the edge of the inner hole of the gasket. During installation, the internal teeth directly engage with the pressure-bearing surface of the head of the bolt or screw, forming a mechanical interlock. The serrated locking washer has serrations on its outer edge. During installation, the outer serrations penetrate the surface of the workpiece, achieving anti-loosening through increased friction and local micro-embedding. Jinghong Fasteners are made of high-quality stainless steel and can pass a 72-hour salt spray test. They are suitable for humid and acidic/alkaline environments and have strong corrosion resistance. The surface has been roughened to prevent damage to the workpiece surface.
