The stainless steel nut thread protector is specifically designed to address this issue. It is a spiral coil formed by high-precision diamond-shaped stainless steel wire, with a diamond-shaped cross-section. When installed in a pre-tapped (using a dedicated tap one size larger) threaded hole, it tightly adheres to the hole wall due to its own elasticity, creating a smooth, high-hardness, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel internal thread. Subsequent bolt insertion only contacts this stainless steel nut protector, eliminating direct wear on the softer raw material threads.

No tools or glue are needed, just install one in a few seconds. When dismantling, it can be removed by turning in the opposite direction and can be reused many times.
