DIN71752 U-shaped Fork is a metal joint with a U-shaped opening, with two pin holes on each side of the opening. Its working method is very simple: insert the piston rod joint of the cylinder or oil cylinder into this U-shaped opening, pass a pin through it and lock it, and your cylinder can smoothly push and pull. It forms a complete joint with the threaded rod on the other side.

The German standard size rules ensure that the pin holes are aligned: we can clamp and process the pin holes on both ears of the U-shaped fork in one go, with good concentricity. Insert the pin without tilting or tilting, smoothly to the end. The diameter tolerance control of the hole should match the standard pin with a suitable clearance, neither loose nor tight. The width dimension of the fork is also accurate, so there will be no pressure on both sides when clamping the matching parts.
Thread gauge inspection, smooth tightening: The threaded rod at the bottom is rolled out with a rolling machine, and the tooth shape is full and shiny. Conduct random inspections on the thread gauge, and ensure that the threaded ring gauge is not loose or tight when screwed in. Installed on the cylinder piston rod or screwed into the nut, it can be manually turned in without the need for a wrench.
