Wheel Nuts

The 4.8 grade wheel nuts are cold forged from low carbon steel (Q235) and heat treated by quenching and tempering to achieve 4.8 grade mechanical properties. The surface is treated with environmentally friendly blue-white zinc or color zinc electroplating. The nut structure includes a standard hexagonal head and a conical washer in an integrated design, which can be directly matched with the wheel bolt holes and achieve rapid centering and installation through the conical surface self-centering. The specifications are suitable for common wheel bolts such as M12×1.25, M12×1.5, and M14×1.5, and are applicable to non-heavy-duty hub fixation scenarios such as light commercial vehicles, trailers, and agricultural machinery.

The 4.8-grade wheel nuts produced by Jinghong Fasteners are made of carbon steel. Their integrated conical gasket enables self-centering installation, effectively reducing load imbalance. The surface can be galvanized for use in outdoor humid environments. The standard hexagonal size is compatible with universal socket tools, and the combination of the conical guiding structure enhances assembly efficiency. While meeting the conventional wheel fixation requirements, it also takes into account economic practicality.
