Triangle Spring Snap Hook

Our factory produces zinc alloy triangular spring coil metal hooks. The main body is a zinc alloy die-cast triangular ring with a spring coil on the side. With a simple press of your finger, it opens, and when you hang something on it and let go, it closes. The surface is electroplated in colors such as nickel, gold, bronze, and gun black. Common sizes are available in stock. Colors can be customized according to customer samples. The electroplated parts have undergone salt spray testing and will not fade even after several years of indoor use.

Circular spring buckles are ubiquitous, such as those found on keychains. Compared to circular ones, triangular ones offer a more stable force distribution - when subjected to a large tensile force, triangles are less prone to flipping over like circles.

The advantage of zinc alloy is that it can be die-cast into complex shapes, such as triangular edges, spring coil slots, and hanging hole positions, all in one molding process. The surface of the die-casting is smooth and shiny after electroplating. It is thicker than iron sheet stamping, giving a sense of weight when held in hand. Zinc alloy itself does not rust, and with an additional layer of electroplating on the surface, it provides better rust resistance.

Triangle shape, no flipping under force: Triangles are more stable than circles and will not flip horizontally when subjected to high tension. Circular buckles are prone to tipping over when pulled heavy, while triangular buckles are not.
