Jinghong factory produces Tower Bolt Stainless Steel. The head is an external hexagon, which can be tightened with a wrench. The threads range from metric M5 to M24, as well as British pipe threads such as G1/8 and G1/4. The material is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is rust resistant and corrosion-resistant. A hole should be sealed on the hydraulic valve body, pneumatic components, pipeline ends, and instrument interfaces, and a plug should be screwed in.
The head is hexagonal, just like the bolt head. It can be tightened with an open-end wrench, a ring wrench, or a socket. The size of the opposite side of the hexagonal head should be made according to the standard, and the wrench should not loosen or shake when clamped. The plug is generally tightened, and the hexagonal head can withstand greater torque than the inner hexagonal head, making it less prone to twisting.
The light plug does not have a seal and relies on the thread itself for sealing. It is generally used in conjunction with raw material tape or thread sealant, and is suitable for low-pressure water and gas. The ED ring with a sealing ring has an O-ring or combination gasket at the root of the plug. After tightening, the gasket is tightly pressed onto the end face, ensuring reliable sealing and suitable for hydraulic systems. Pre coated with sealant, the threads have already been coated with anti loosening sealant, which can be screwed in and used, saving one coating process. We can provide all three options, and customers can choose according to their usage pressure.

Both metric and imperial systems are available, with matching holes: M5 to M24 metric threads, G1/8 to G1/2 imperial pipe threads, commonly available in stock. There are more G1/4 on the hydraulic valve body, and more M5 and M6 on the pneumatic components. The customer reported thread specifications, and we matched them with corresponding plugs.
Three sealing methods are available: optical plug with raw material tape, suitable for low-pressure water and gas. Equipped with ED sealing ring, the end face is tightly pressed, suitable for hydraulic systems, and does not leak oil. Pre coated with sealant, the threads have already been coated with sealant and can be used immediately after screwing in, saving one process on the assembly line.
