Product Description

The head has a 90 degree conical surface. Before installation, use a countersunk drill bit to create a conical hole on the wooden board. After the screw is screwed in, the entire head sinks below the board surface and is level with the board surface. It feels flat and doesn't protrude. You don't need to apply putty when pasting wood veneer or painting, just stick it directly and it will be flat. Install these screws on the panel, and the appearance is clean.

The head groove is Torx shaped, not cross shaped or hexagonal. The plum blossom groove wrench is inserted into six faces and subjected to force simultaneously, while the cross groove only has four faces. When using electric screwdrivers on the assembly line, the heads of the plum blossom groove are not easy to jump out, and the grooves are not easy to twist round. Workers spend the whole day screwing, changing the screwdriver heads less and producing fewer defective products.

Hard treatment, hitting hundreds without baldness: After carburizing heat treatment, the surface hardness has been improved. When twisting the density board, the threads will not curl and the tip will not be blunt. A few dozen ordinary screws will become bald, but a few hundred harder ones will still be sharp.

Self tapping thread, no need for pre drilling: the tail end is pointed, and you can find the hole position when screwing it in. Thick boards or hardwood can be drilled with a small hole first, while general density boards can be directly drilled. The process of pre drilling is saved, and the speed on the assembly line is fast.
