Thin Head Semi-Tubular Rivet

The Thin Head Semi-Tubular Rivet is a lightweight permanent fastener, produced by JINGHONG. This product is usually made of high-quality carbon steel and its surface is treated with environmentally friendly blue-white zinc electroplating, combining beauty with basic rust prevention capabilities. Its structural feature is a thin head with a cylindrical hollow body, and the end of the body has a pre-made groove. During installation, a special riveting tool is used to flatten and edge out the hollow tail, thereby achieving a secure riveting of two or more components.

Thin head with large supporting surface design: The head is relatively thin and the bottom is flat, providing a large pressure-bearing area.
