Product Description

The Stud Anchor manufactured by Jinghong consists of a screw with a conical wedge, an expansion clip, a nut, and a flat washer. During installation, the anchor bolt is driven into a pre-drilled standard hole. By tightening the nut, tension is applied to the conical wedge, causing the expansion clip at the base to radially expand within the deep concrete, forming an irreversible mechanical interlock. This post-expansion function enhances the anchoring force as the embedment depth increases, making it tighter with each turn.

The installation of Stud Anchor does not require chemical agents. After drilling holes according to specifications with an impact drill, the anchor bolt is driven into the hole and secured by tightening the nut. It can immediately bear loads after installation without waiting for curing time. The requirements for the depth and cleanliness of concrete holes are not high, and the construction process is relatively simple.
