Circular flat washers are familiar to everyone, but in some places they are just not easy to use. For example, if you want to lock screws on a square tube, the circular washer is prone to deviation and the edge cannot be pressed; Or the surface of the wood may be too soft, causing the round washer to sink in and the screw to loosen.

Square flat pads are specifically designed to address these issues. Its four corners extend out, pressing down on the material with an area one circle larger than the circular pad. Placed on square tubes, angle steel, or wooden boards, the gasket will not rotate when clamped at the corner, and the force required to unscrew the screw will be vertical and not crooked. The material is made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust free and can be used by the seaside, outdoors, and in the kitchen.

We make this gasket without any fancy design, just with sufficient material, accurate size, and smooth chamfers. After stamping, the burrs should be removed and the surface should be cleaned without scratching hands. The thicker the thickness, the better, but we will definitely provide the tolerance that should be given. Available in M4 to M12 specifications. If special dimensions are used on the device, we can also cut according to the diagram.
