Spot welding screws are fasteners specifically used on thin metal plates. Ordinary screws need to be drilled, tapped, and then tightened on the board. When they come into contact with a steel plate that is only 0.8mm thick, they cannot be threaded or welded with nuts. Spot welding screws is the solution to this problem - once it is placed on the board, the two electrodes of the welding machine are pressed together, and a high current is passed through, it can be welded in a few milliseconds, and there is no need to drill or tap holes on the thin plate anymore.

The bottom of Stainless Steel/Copper Weld Studs has a ring of raised circular teeth or several protrusions, which are the parts used for welding. The entire welding process only takes 0.2-0.5 seconds, and the screws are firmly fixed on the plate.
