Stainless Steel Chemical Anchor Bolt

The stainless steel chemical anchor consists of a 304 stainless steel screw and a dedicated chemical agent tube. Through a chemical reaction, the screw is firmly bonded to the concrete or other substrates. The screw has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for outdoor and humid environments. During installation, the agent tube is inserted into the hole, and the screw is screwed in to extrude the gel, which then cures to form a high-strength anchor, and is widely used for the foundation fixation of curtain walls, bridges, heavy equipment, and steel structures.

High-strength anchoring: After chemical agent curing, it forms an integral part with the substrate, without expansion stress, with high tensile and shear strength, good seismic resistance, and superior bearing capacity compared to mechanical anchor bolts.

Flexible installation: Precise drilling positioning, small spacing and margin, suitable for narrow spaces; quick curing, convenient construction, suitable for post-installed anchoring in new and old structures.

Stable performance: Resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging, with small creep, long-term load anchoring force is persistent, and maintenance cost is low.
