Product Description

After installation, the surface feels smooth to the touch and won't cut. When used on leather bags, belts, or clothing, it prevents fabric wear or skin abrasions. For acrylic signage, the chamfered screw head transitions naturally with the sign edge, avoiding a jarring appearance.

The male and female screws are driven through the workpiece from both sides and secured in the middle. This method is suitable for situations requiring fixation from both sides—such as when it's impossible to reach inside the two layers of a leather bag to tighten the nuts. Simply tighten the through-lock screws from each side. It is also applicable when there is no access space on the back of the workpiece, eliminating the need to reach around to the back.

Hexagon head does not slip: Tighten with a hex wrench, no matter how hard you push, it won’t slip. When installing leather goods, it’s often necessary to apply high torque for secure fastening. Cross slots tend to slip, while hexagon heads are reliable. The wrench fits snugly and grips firmly, ensuring that even with extra force after tightening, the slot won’t round off.

The male and female heads lock together, eliminating the need to reach to the back: simply tighten from both sides of the workpiece without needing to hold the nut from the back. For finished leather bags, the layered sections prevent reaching inside, making self-locking screws ideal. The male pin is inserted from one side, while the female pin is screwed in from the other—either by two people coordinating or one person moving between both sides.
