SS304 Hex Socket Ball Plunger Set Screw Spring-Loaded

The SS304 Hex Socket Ball Plunger Set Screw Spring-Loaded (M2.5 - M16) are made of A2-70 grade stainless steel. At the end, there are freely rotatable carbon steel or stainless steel wave beads (balls) embedded. During installation, the threads are driven into the workpiece using a standard internal hexagonal wrench (such as H0.9 - H8), causing the wave beads to elastically press against the mating surface, achieving repeatable axial positioning. The screws possess the excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene properties of 304 stainless steel. The contact of the wave beads can reduce the wear on the mating surface, and are widely used in precision fixtures, optical adjustments, instrument positioning, automation equipment, etc., where frequent fine-tuning and scratch-free locking are required.

It is made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, suitable for humid, mild acid and alkali environments; the internal hexagonal structure facilitates tool installation and has stable torque; the internal steel balls and springs are in perfect coordination, with uniform elasticity, smooth expansion and contraction, enabling stepless positioning and elastic compression; the headless design occupies less space and does not protrude from the surface of the workpiece after installation; it comes in a wide range of specifications, covering common sizes from M2.5 to M16, suitable for different loads and installation requirements, and the overall structure is stable and durable.
