65Mn Spring-Type Straight Pins-Coiled, Standard Duty are rolled elastic pins that comply with the Chinese national standard GB/T 879.4. They are made from 65Mn spring steel strips through precise rolling, heat treatment and blackening surface treatment. The pin body is in the shape of an open cylinder, featuring uniform elasticity. After installation, they form a tight fit with the hole wall through radial tension, achieving reliable connections that resist vibration and shock. The blackening treatment provides basic rust prevention and an aesthetic appearance. The specifications range from 1mm to 20mm in diameter and are suitable for applications such as shaft-hole positioning, hinged fixation and transmission component connection in machinery, automobiles, molds and other fields.

High elasticity material: 65Mn spring steel, after quenching and medium-temperature tempering, has a hardness of HRC 44-50, with lasting elasticity.

Uniform radial pressure: The rolled structure enables the pin body to expand uniformly in all directions by 360°, avoiding single-point stress concentration.

Anti-vibration detachment: After installation, it adheres tightly to the hole wall due to elasticity, and is less likely to loosen and fall off in a vibrating environment.

Easy installation: The opening design allows the pin body to be easily inserted after compression, without the need to be pressed into the equipment.
