R-type pin

The R-type pin (also known as an Split Pins) is a fastener with excellent elasticity. This product is typically made of high-quality spring steel or stainless steel wire, and is formed through cold heading, bending, and heat treatment, exhibiting a typical "R" shape or hairpin-like structure. Its design includes a relatively straight insertion end and a curved elastic arm. During installation, the elastic tension of the material is utilized to engage the pin into a shaft pin or hole, relying on its own structure to achieve self-locking and anti-loosening. It is commonly used to prevent components such as hinge shafts and pins from falling off under vibration or movement.

Self-locking anti-loosening: The unique unilateral elastic bending structure enables it to automatically lock after being inserted into the hole position, effectively preventing axial movement or detachment. It is particularly suitable for applications with continuous vibration. Durable material: Made of stainless steel (304/316 options available), it has excellent anti-rust and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to humid, outdoor and mild acid-base working conditions. It has a long service life. Elastic locking: The wavy elastic structure provides continuous pre-tightening force. After insertion into the shaft hole, it can firmly grip the shaft and effectively prevent the pin from loosening due to vibration or impact. The anti-loosening effect is reliable.
