There is a nylon ring inside the nylon anti loosening nut, which holds the bolt tightly with nylon, but the nylon will age and loosen after a few disassembly and assembly. The pressure point anti loosening is a metal hard lock without plastic parts, not afraid of aging, and can still be locked after repeated disassembly and assembly dozens of times. Moreover, the anti loosening nut can withstand high temperatures. Nylon becomes soft beyond 120 degrees Celsius, while the metal structure of the pressure point can withstand temperatures of several hundred degrees Celsius without any problem.

The bottom of the nut comes with a flange, which is one circle larger than the outer diameter of the nut body. The flange surface replaces a separate flat washer - there is no need to wear another flat washer when tightening, saving one process. The flange surface directly contacts the surface of the workpiece, with a large force bearing area, and will not press out pits on the surface of the workpiece. The back of the flange can also be embossed to increase friction and prevent slippage between the nut and the workpiece.

Pressure point anti loosening, vibration does not loosen: The top pressure point squeezes and deforms the thread, and after screwing it in, the pressure point spreads and generates a clamping force, which keeps pressing against the bolt. The greater the vibration of the equipment, the less likely the clamping force is to loosen. A regular nut will bounce out after a few vibrations, but it won't press down.

Repeatable disassembly: Remove and reinstall, and the pressure point can still provide locking force. Not like nylon rings that loosen after being removed twice, nor like those coated with glue that fail after being removed once. The nuts removed during equipment maintenance can be reused.
