Our factory specializes in the production of pressed rivet nuts, using high-quality carbon steel (with galvanized surface) or 304 stainless steel. These products are installed on workpieces such as thin plates, aluminum plates, and copper plates to form reliable internal threads for subsequent screw connections. After pressing and riveting, the nuts are flush with the workpiece, with a smooth and flat backside, making them suitable for various industries. Specifications range from M2 to M12, with ample stock of standard sizes available.
Rivet nut is a threaded fastener specifically used on thin plates, and its working principle is different from that of rivet nut. First punch the holes in the thin plate, place the rivet nut into the hole, and use a riveting machine to press it. The flower teeth or flange at the bottom of the nut are embedded in the plate, and the nut is firmly fixed on the plate. After installation, there is an internal threaded hole on the board for tightening screws.
The rivet nut is pulled by a rivet gun, and the tail is deformed and swollen to clamp the plate. Rivet nuts are pressed with a riveting machine and fixed in place by inserting them into the plate with teeth or flanges. After the rivet nut is installed, the back of the workpiece is flat without any protrusions. A small bump will bulge on the back of the rivet nut. When the back of the workpiece needs to be flat, it is more suitable to use rivet nuts.

Press fit single-sided operation, no need to go to the back: all installations are completed on the front of the workpiece, without the need for back support or welding. Assembled structures, enclosed boxes, and workpieces that are inconvenient to flip can all be directly installed.
After installation, the back is flat: After installing the rivet nut, the back of the workpiece is flat without any protrusions. Suitable for cabinets that require wall mounted installation, panels that need to be stacked, and situations with limited back space. The back of the rivet nut will bulge after installation, but it will not be riveted.
