This nut with spring is meticulously manufactured by Jinghong in accordance with relevant industrial standards. The main body is made of high-quality carbon steel or spring steel (such as 65Mn) through injection molding or stamping, and its surface is electroplated with environmentally friendly blue-white zinc and undergoes passivation treatment, presenting a uniform blue-white matte appearance. The core design lies in the presence of elastic steel sheets (or spring structures) on the side or bottom of the nut, which can provide continuous radial clamping force during locking. It is an efficient upgrade solution for traditional flat nuts, with internal thread accuracy meeting standards, and can be used in conjunction with standard metric bolts, particularly suitable for mechanical connection parts with continuous vibration or dynamic stress.

Product Feature

This spring nut is equipped with an internal high-elasticity steel plate or spring structure, which offers excellent anti-loosening and vibration resistance properties. During the tightening process, the structure can generate reverse force, applying additional radial pressure and friction to the thread, thereby preventing loosening under high-frequency vibration or impact. Its surface is electro-galvanized and undergoes a trivalent chromium passivation process, forming a blue-white zinc layer. This not only gives it a neat appearance and complies with industrial standards, but also significantly enhances its corrosion resistance (salt spray protection for 48 to 96 hours), and does not contain the toxic hexavalent chromium, meeting environmental protection export standards. This product is mainly made of heat-treated spring steel, combining high strength with excellent toughness. It is not prone to brittle fracture or fatigue failure under alternating loads. Its elastic design enables quick positioning and can be installed without tools, adapting to different thicknesses of plates, and can be directly inserted into C-shaped slots and aluminum profiles' concave grooves, and can still be reused after disassembly. It is lightweight yet sturdy, maintaining stable performance in conventional industrial temperatures and complex environments, effectively reducing safety hazards caused by loose fasteners.
