Our factory specializes in producing hot-dip galvanized external hexagonal bolts, hexagonal nuts, spring washers, and flat washers. We use high-quality carbon steel cold forging to form the complete set, which includes one external hexagonal bolt, one hexagonal nut, one spring washer, and one flat washer. The surface is all hot-dip galvanized. The bolt strength grade is 8.8, and the nut strength grade is 8. They are used in conjunction and have reliable locking.
External hexagonal bolt, strength grade 8.8, made of carbon steel, heat-treated. The size of the hexagonal head on the opposite side is controlled according to the standard, and can be tightened with a wrench or socket. The thread is of coarse thread standard and processed by rolling.
Hexagonal nut, strength grade 8, matched with 8.8 grade bolt. Thread precision 6H, smoothly screwed onto the bolt without jamming. The size of the opposite side is the same as the bolt head, and one wrench can tighten two parts.
Spring washer, made of 65Mn material, with good elasticity after heat treatment. Installed under the nut, after tightening, the spring washer is flattened to generate elastic force, preventing the nut from loosening due to vibration.
Flat washer, made of carbon steel material, with moderate hardness. Installed under the spring pad, directly attached to the surface of the workpiece, increases the force area, and protects the workpiece from being pressed out of the pit by the nut and spring pad.

All four parts are hot-dip galvanized. The thickness of the zinc layer of hot-dip galvanizing is 3 to 5 times that of electroplated galvanizing. It does not produce red rust after salt spray testing for more than 500 hours and is used in outdoor, seaside, chemical plants and other places for several years without rusting. The appearance of hot-dip galvanizing is dark gray, not as bright as electroplated galvanizing, but it has much better rust prevention.
