Product Description

A three-piece screw set consists of a screw, a flat washer, and a spring washer, which are already threaded together when they leave the factory. The washer is fitted onto the screw shank, ensuring it doesn't fall off. When the worker receives it, they simply thread it into the hole and tighten it, eliminating the need to separately pick up the flat and spring washers from the parts box, and eliminating the concern of missing any washers.

Flat washer: It is placed on the screw rod, closely adjacent to the screw head. After tightening, the flat washer adheres to the surface of the workpiece, distributing the locking force of the screw so that no pits are pressed into the workpiece. When screws are installed on thin plates, without a flat washer, the plate will sink in once the screw head is tightened.

Spring washer: It is sandwiched between the screw head and the flat washer, and after being compressed flat, it generates elastic force, which constantly presses against the screw head. When the equipment vibrates, this elastic force makes the screw less likely to back out. The spring washer is made of 65Mn material, which is carbon steel, with a galvanized surface treatment, providing good elasticity.
