Heavy-duty Foot Cup Fixing Bolt

If the equipment is not placed flat and the machine shakes, the processed work will not be accurate. The foot cup fixing bolt solves this problem - it is installed on the four or six corners of the equipment base, and turning the bolt can level the equipment. If the bolt is tightened downwards, the equipment will be raised; Twist upwards, and the device will lower. Adjusted to level, secure with the locking nut.

There is an adjusting nut screwed onto the bolt rod. First, place the device on top and use a wrench to clamp the hexagonal head or square neck of the bolt rod, then rotate the bolt. Turn clockwise, the bolt moves downwards, and the equipment rises; Turn counterclockwise to lower the device. Adjust to level, unscrew the adjusting nut and tighten it tightly against the bottom of the equipment base, locking it in place. An additional locking nut can be added to the chassis, which can be tightened with double nuts to prevent equipment vibration from loosening.

Adjusting the height is convenient, just turn the bolt: use a wrench to hold the hexagonal head of the bolt and turn it a few times to adjust it. It's much more convenient than inserting shims under the equipment. Inserting shims requires lifting the equipment and finding a suitable thickness of iron sheet. The foot cup bolt can be adjusted and locked at any time, with high leveling accuracy.

Double nut locking, vibration does not loosen: Adjust the nut to fit tightly against the bottom of the equipment base, and add another locking nut on the chassis side. Two nuts facing each other, no matter how much the equipment vibrates, the bolts will not rotate on their own. On equipment with high vibration such as punching machines and injection molding machines, they lock up once adjusted.
