GOST-11872 Lock Washers for Round Nuts

The locking washer used with the round nuts produced by Jinghong Fasteners complies with the Russian national standard GSOT-11872. It is a special locking ring specifically designed for use with round nuts (such as GOST 11871), and is typically used in conjunction with the round nuts to prevent the nuts from loosening under vibration or impact loads. The ring is made of spring steel (65Mn), and undergoes heat treatment and surface anti-corrosion treatment. It is suitable for scenarios with extremely high requirements for anti-loosening reliability, such as heavy machinery, military equipment, and rail transportation.

Designed specifically for round nuts: Precisely matches the slots of GOST 11871 and other round nut profiles, forming mechanical interlocking.

Bidirectional anti-loosening mechanism: The inner teeth engage in the slot of the round nut, and the outer teeth bite the surface of the workpiece, achieving bidirectional locking.

High elasticity material: Spring steel undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, maintaining long-lasting elasticity and fatigue resistance.
