GB5787 Hexagonal Flange Bolts

GB5787 hexagonal flange bolts are high-strength connection components that comply with the Chinese national standard GB/T 5787. They are made of 40Cr, undergo quenching and tempering heat treatment to achieve 10.9 mechanical performance, and are treated with an environmentally friendly colored zinc (trivalent chromium/acid-free passivation) electroplating process to form a uniform and corrosion-resistant colored coating. The bolts integrate a hexagonal flange surface structure, possessing both force application and load-bearing functions, and do not require additional washers. The specifications cover M5-M12, and are suitable for connection scenarios in automobiles, construction machinery, outdoor facilities, etc. where high strength and corrosion resistance are required.

GB5787 10.9 grade hexagonal flange bolts possess high-strength properties and can withstand high dynamic loads. Their environmentally friendly zinc chromate coating forms a rainbow-colored passivation film on the surface. After passing a 240-480-hour neutral salt spray test, the coating is dense and suitable for outdoor humid and weakly acidic or alkaline environments. The integrated flange design increases the supporting area, and the option of serrated patterns enhances the vibration resistance. The zinc chromate surface has uniform color and combines both anti-corrosion and decorative properties.
