The Flush-Head Self-Clinching Studs produced by JINGHONG are made by a single-process processing of SUS304 stainless steel. Their surfaces have undergone passivation treatment, featuring naturally excellent anti-rust and corrosion resistance properties. Their flat-head structure, combined with the full circumferential tooth pattern embossing design at the bottom of the head, enables them to form a firm mechanical interlock and interlocking fit with the sheet after being pressed into the thin sheet. They have strong resistance to being pushed out and rotation, and after installation, the head is basically flush with the surface of the sheet, with no protrusions on the back. This product does not require welding or electroplating. Flush-Head Self-Clinching Studs are specialized fastening components for sheet materials. They are made of 304 stainless steel and are formed through a single process. The bottom features a ring of rivet teeth. There is no need for welding or tapping. They are directly pressed into the reserved holes in the thin sheet using a pressure device, and after the compression, the teeth ring firmly embeds into the sheet, forming a permanent and secure threaded base. The overall surface is smooth and free of burrs, with stable rust prevention performance. They are suitable for various metal sheet assemblies and achieve single-sided locking and fixation.
