Flat Thin Head Screw

A pan head screw features a flat, circular disc with minimal thickness. After installation, the head protrudes only about 0.5-1 millimeter. It is specifically designed for tight spaces where the head needs to be flatter than a round head but doesn't require a tapered hole like a countersunk screw—simply drill a straight hole for installation.

Cross slots are tightened with a Phillips screwdriver, featuring automatic centering and minimal slippage. In production lines, electric screwdrivers are used, ensuring precise placement with a single press for high efficiency. During maintenance, any standard Phillips bit can be used for removal without requiring specialized tools.

Product Feature

Flat head, not taking up space: The thickness of the flat head is only about half that of a regular screw. After installation, the screw head rises very little above the surface and does not block adjacent parts. This head shape is very useful for height sensitive designs.

Accurate size, no head deviation: If the mold deviates from the flat head, the head will be thick on one side and thin on the other, causing it to tilt and twist when installed. Jinghong suppliers mostly use cold heading machines, with the head formed in one go and good concentricity. The tolerance of head diameter and head thickness shall be controlled within ± 0.1mm.

Clear packaging and fast counting: divide into bags according to specifications, label the outside of the bag with the product name, specifications, and quantity, which can be seen at a glance without the need for a caliper to re measure.
