Our factory specializes in producing Flat/Countersunk Head Rivet Nut, which includes two materials: stainless steel and carbon steel, with flat head and countersunk head types. The product is installed on thin plates, pipes and other workpieces through a riveting gun, forming reliable internal threads for subsequent screw connections. Widely used in various industries.
The head of the flat head rivet nut is a flat disc, which is slightly higher than the surface after being installed on the workpiece, with a large compression area. It is suitable for use on thin plates and plastic parts to prevent pulling off. The head of the countersunk rivet nut is a 90 degree conical surface. Before installation, a countersunk hole should be pre punched on the plate. After installation, the head should be flush with the surface of the workpiece, suitable for occasions that require external flatness, such as equipment panels and decorative surfaces.
Drill the corresponding hole diameter on the workpiece, insert the rivet nut into the hole, cover the thread of the nut with a rivet gun, pull the trigger, pull the rivet gun to deform and expand the tail of the nut, clamp it on the back of the workpiece, and then it is installed. The entire installation process is completed on the front of the workpiece, without the need to operate on the back. Both manual and pneumatic riveting guns with M3-M12 specifications can be installed.

Installation single-sided operation, no need to go to the back: all completed on the front of the workpiece, no need to go to the back to hold the nut or weld the nut. Equipment that has already been assembled, enclosed pipes, and sheet metal parts that are not convenient to flip can all be installed.
There are two types of flat heads and countersunk heads, which can be selected according to needs: flat heads have a large compression area and are suitable for thin plates and soft materials. After installation, the surface of the countersunk head is flat, suitable for appearance parts and occasions that require fitting. Two types of head shapes, made of stainless steel and carbon steel material, can be cross combined.
