Double End Studs

The 304 stainless steel double-ended stud is a fastener with standard metric external threads on both ends and a smooth central shaft. It can also be made in a full-thread form as per the requirements of the application. The product is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel through cold heading or thread rolling processes. The surface is a silver-white metallic color, and it can achieve excellent rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature oxidation resistance without electroplating. The threads are processed by thread rolling, with full and dense tooth patterns and stable precision. It fits smoothly and reliably with nuts of the same specification or internal threads. The specifications range from M3 to M20, and the length and the length of the threads at both ends can be customized according to the customer's application requirements. The smooth central shaft serves as a positioning and load-bearing component, resulting in good connection rigidity.

Product Feature

304 stainless steel corrosion resistance: A2 grade material, resistant to rust, moisture, and weak acids and alkalis. Suitable for humid, outdoor, food/medical and general chemical environments. The original color surface is environmentally friendly and there is no risk of coating detachment.

Double-ended thread design: Both ends have external threads that can be respectively screwed into the base thread holes and the mating nuts, with a smooth middle section for positioning, making it convenient for use in blind holes, flanges or parts that require frequent disassembly. The connection is rigid.

Balance of strength and toughness: 304 material undergoes solid solution treatment, with excellent toughness and low low-temperature brittleness; the commonly used strength grades are A2-70, meeting the requirements of general structural fastening.

Precision threads: Threaded rolling formation, with full tooth profiles, stable accuracy, smooth engagement, and superior anti-biting performance compared to cut threads.

Flexible specifications: Supports M3-M20 and custom lengths/tip lengths; equal tip lengths or distribution of both ends' threads according to standard ratios can be supplied.
