Double Cap Rivet is a double headed locking connector consisting of a screw and a nut (or two screws locked together), which is driven from both ends or one end by a hex wrench to achieve tight fixation of the workpiece. The edge of its head has been chamfered, resulting in a smooth and flat appearance without sharp edges, suitable for occasions that require exposed connections and aesthetic appeal.
The sub nail with an internal hexagon and the female nail with an internal thread are installed by inserting the sub nail from one side of the board and screwing the female nail in from the other side. They are tightened with an internal hexagon wrench to form a double-sided locking mechanical bite inside the board.
