Disc Shaped Embossed Washing is made of spring steel stamping, with a surface treated with zinc plating or blackening. Equipped with a circle of radial embossed teeth, installed under the nut and pressed, the teeth bite tightly against the contact surface. It is much more anti loosening and anti slip than a smooth washer, suitable for situations with tight space and anti slip requirements.
Ordinary spring washers are open-ended and rely on the elasticity at the opening to prevent loosening. The butterfly washer is subjected to force on the entire curved surface, with more uniform elasticity and a larger contact area. Moreover, after flattening the butterfly washer, the verticality of the bolt axis is good, and the nut will not be displaced. It is more suitable for use on flange surfaces and bearing covers that require uniform force.
What is surface embossing for: The gasket has fine embossed textures on both sides, not smooth. The function of embossing is to increase friction - when the nut presses against the washer, the embossed pattern bites the bottom of the nut and the surface of the workpiece, preventing the washer from rotating along with the nut.

Embossed anti slip, non spinning: both sides have embossed textures, with high friction.
