Our factory specializes in producing Disc Shaped Embossed Locking Washers, made of 65Mn spring steel with a disc-shaped curved surface and embossed texture. The material can be selected from galvanized carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. The product utilizes the axial elastic force generated by the compression of the disc-shaped curved surface to provide continuous locking force, and the surface embossing increases anti slip friction force, making it suitable for bolted connections that require anti loosening. The specifications range from M3 to M20, and regular sizes are readily available in stock.
Both sides have embossing, which feels rough to the touch. When locking, the embossed pattern bites the bottom of the nut and the surface of the workpiece, and when the nut wants to slide horizontally, it is stuck by the pattern. Smooth washers are prone to slipping under vibration and will not be embossed.
The curved surface is not flat, it is flattened after tightening, producing a rebound force. This elasticity always exists, and when the bolt tends to loosen slightly, the washer is stretched outward to make up for the looseness. Ordinary flat washers do not have this function.

Disc shaped elastic force, not loose during vibration: After the curved surface is flattened, a continuous axial elastic force is generated, and the greater the vibration, the stronger the elastic force can withstand it. Ordinary spring washers rely on the elastic force at the opening and will disappear after a few vibrations. The entire curved surface of the disc is subjected to force and has long-lasting elasticity. Loosen the bolt slightly, then support the washer outward and make up for the looseness.
Embossed bite, non slip: Embossed patterns on both sides, with much greater friction than smooth surfaces. When the nut is pressed down, the embossing is embedded in the bottom surface of the nut and the surface of the workpiece, and if it is bitten, it will not move laterally. Smooth washers will slip under vibration and will not be embossed.
