The DIN 915 Hexagon Socket Set Screws with Dog Point produced by JINGHONG FASTENERS are manufactured strictly in accordance with the standard DIN 915 (equivalent to ISO 4028). The product is made from high-quality medium carbon steel or alloy steel and undergoes quenching and tempering treatment to achieve a performance level of 45H (hardness HRC 45–53). The surface is treated with blackening (oxidation) to form a matte black protective film, providing both basic rust prevention and blurring effects. This screw has an all-threaded, headless structure. One end has an internal hexagonal driving hole, and the other end has an extended cylindrical end (Dog Point / cylindrical end). During installation, the cylindrical end is inserted into the pre-drilled holes or grooves on the shaft surface, relying on the shear resistance and positioning effect of the cylindrical end to achieve precise axial fixation and anti-turning of gears, pulleys, couplings or bearings on the shaft. No friction locking is required, and the positioning accuracy is high and the shaft surface is not easily damaged. The specifications cover M2–M20, with common lengths of 3–60mm. It is suitable for mechanical structures with limited space and the requirement for concealed installation.
