DIN6796 SS304 Conical Spring Washers for Bolted Connections

The DIN6796 conical spring washer is an elastic anti-loosening component that complies with the German standard DIN 6796. It is made of austenitic stainless steel SS304 (A2-70) and features a conical cross-section and an open structure. When the washer is compressed, its conical shape generates radial expansion force and axial rebound force, creating a continuous preload compensation that effectively prevents loosening of bolt connections due to vibration, temperature changes, or material creep. The specifications range from M3 to M30 and are suitable for connection scenarios in food machinery, chemical equipment, medical devices, etc., which have high requirements for corrosion resistance and hygiene.

The SS304 conical spring washer (M3-30) in accordance with DIN6796 standard is made of 304 stainless steel. It features excellent elasticity and outstanding corrosion resistance. The conical structure can provide continuous and stable preload during bolt tightening, effectively compensating for loosening caused by vibration, thermal expansion and contraction, and material creep.
