The crown screw head has teeth, and the tooth pattern is stamped out, with uniform depth. It can be pinched and tightened by hand without slipping. I can still twist my hands with oil or gloves on. The head type is a disc head or a large flat head, with a large compression area. After tightening, the workpiece does not sink in, and there are also cross grooves. When a strong locking is needed, a screwdriver is used to assist.

The snap nut is divided into two halves of spring feet, with the nut body in the middle and threads inside. When the two pieces of feet are pinched towards the middle, they are inserted into the square hole of the sheet metal. Once the feet are released, they spring towards the edge of the square hole. The feet are made of spring steel, which has good elasticity and cannot shake off after being inserted.

The pre assembled screws are shipped as a whole and can be used directly when received. Workers on the assembly line can directly pick them up and press them on the box machine panel, and then use the crown screwdriver to tighten them. The anti-theft measures are in place, completing two processes in one step.

After disassembling and assembling dozens of times, the elasticity of the snap foot is still intact and will not loosen or collapse. When disassembling the panel for maintenance, it is still the same as before when it is disassembled and reinstalled.
